STEFANOV Valery Andreevich
Was born in 1941 in Akmolinsk Kazakh SSR.
He has graduated from the S. Ordzhonikidze Moscow Aviation
Institute in 1965.
Works in institute since 1964 as a technician, engineer,
senior engineer, leading engineer, chief of sector, chief of laboratory,
chief of division.
Since 1983 he is the Deputy Chief of the Institute, and
since 2001 - the First Deputy of the General Director of the FGUP
He is the specialist the field of automatic control systems.
Has introduced a significant contribution to development of modern guidance
systems, methods of their mathematical and man-in-the-loop modeling and
methods their efficiency estimation at all stages of development.
The author of about 200 proceedings.
Cand.Tech.Sci. (1971), Dr.Sci.Tech. (1989), Professor,
Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation.
Winner of the State premium (1983). He is awarded with the
order of Friendship of Peoples (1988).
