NON-CONTACT MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY
GosNIIAS offers services for high frequency multiple 3D object coordinate measuring by various aspect images based on short baseline photogrammetry.
The developed calibration and automated sub-pixel measurement methods ensure the following performance specifications:
- Image coordinates measurement – to an accuracy of up to 1/10 of a pixel;
- 3D coordinates measurement – to an accuracy of up to 0.1%;
- Throughput – 10000 points per minute;
- Measured coordinates density – 5-10 dots per sq. mm.
Possible application areas:
The technology uses original coded marks for automatic identification and high precision coordinate measurement of specified points on the image.
